RETURN POLICY

FREE RETURNS FOR ALL U.S. ORDERS & NO RESTOCKING FEES. YOU HAVE 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF FULFILLMENT TO RETURN ELIGIBLE ITEMS.

REFUNDS ARE ISSUED TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. REFUNDS CANNOT BE RETURNED TO ALTERNATE CARDS OR DIFFERENT FORMS OF PAYMENT.

All Sales Are Final. ANY SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.

We do not offer price adjustments on any items.

We do not cover Return Shipping for International purchases, APO/FPO Addresses, and PO Box Addresses.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

Please visit our Returns Center on our Website to begin your return: https://shopflatwhite.returnly.com/
Enter your email address in our Returns Center. Once you enter your email address a link will be sent guiding you to your Order History.
Once there, please select the eligible items you would like to Return.
Once you complete the Returns process a Packing Slip + Prepaid UPS Return label will be emailed directly to you!
Print the label out and send your package back!
Please ensure that ALL APPROVED ITEMS listed on the Packing Slip are included in the SAME package.

HOW DO I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE

Please visit our Returns Center on our Website to begin your exchange: https://shopflatwhite.returnly.com/
Enter your email address in our Returns Center. Once you enter your email address a link will be sent guiding you to your Order History.
Once there, please select the eligible items you would like to Exchange.
Please note that we only offer Exchanges for the same item in a different size, if available.
Once we receive your Exchange Request, we will begin processing your order.
Please allow 3-6 business days for the Exchange Request to be processed and shipped.
Once your Exchange has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking and your Exchange will arrive to you within 2-3 business days once shipped.

WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?

A refund will be issued after your return has been processed, which may take up to 10 business days after your return is received at our warehouse. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your return and refund amounts.

WHAT DO I INCLUDE?

The packing slip for your return must be included along with the items you have been authorized to return. Additional items that are not listed on the return packing slip will not be eligible for a return and will not be calculated in your refund.

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS

• The amount of your refund is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner and tags intact.
• During the returns process if an item is ineligible for a return, you will not be able to select that item for return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ones that are sales items.
• If an item is ineligible for a return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you at your expense.
• For promotions with a minimum required spend, promotional savings will be deducted from refunds if a cancellation or return causes your order subtotal to drop below the required spend.
• Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
